If checklists not working on ios 12

Hey I just decided to get if checklists to try it but it doesn’t look like it works can someone help

What do I do to get it to work

However, I’m running iOS 12 and are having no issues. So elaborate a bit like @Transport_Hub suggested :)

Define stuck? Give it a moment or two, I am not fimilar with the app, but give it a bit before you say it is broken…

It seems like it takes a while to load

I currently use the app and run iOS 12 and am not having any issues.

Perhaps try performing some basic restarts (uninstall and reinstall the app, restart your phone etc.)

If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to wait for @Adrien to respond 😊

As others have mentioned, I am the developer of IF Checklists. It seems like you are stuck on the loading screen - this must be pretty frustrating… The app shouldn’t take more than ten seconds to load, and that is on old Android devices. In order to better help you, I need the answers to the following questions:

  • Which device are you using?
  • Are you on the latest version (1.5) of the app?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the app yet?

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, none of my beta testers nor myself have experienced this issue before. In the very rare instances this issue could occur, a reinstall should normally fix it. Is your device jailbroken? Have you got any restrictions active? Have you tried restarting your device yet? Could you send a screenshot? Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
