Would it be possible to add real traffic highways building while taking off it would be a nice view of the city in which taking off from along with weather

There are a number of feature requests for lighting, weather and buildings. 3D buildings are still currently being added to airports, but with the immense performance impact that would come with having more surrounding the airport, it’s unlikely we will see any more for the time being.
Real traffic is unlikely to happen as rendering in highways would again be a heavy performance hitter.

Not even most computers can handle scenery like that, let alone mobile devices. I could be proven wrong but it’s unlikely that 3d scenery will come for a long time, if ever.
While this is a fun idea, the computing power it takes just wouldn’t be realistic for smartphones and most tablets. Games like Microsoft Flight Simulator do have these, but have gigabytes and gigabytes of data just dedicated to these features- Infinite Flight just doesn’t have that luxury.
