Just a quick question I know that Icelandair is not allowing IF to use their name so can I use Icy virtual instead as that would I think work as I have seen other virtual airlines do that

This is something that’ll have to be decided with the IFVARB. Your best bet is to shoot a DM to @IFVARB and seek clarification there.

IFVARB is recently not replying at all
Then unfortunately nothing can be done. As far as I know, the decision lies with them and is often a final decision too.

Yes, you may operate under the name of Icy Virtual. Some months ago, we approved the name Virtual Ice, but the VA was recently marked as inactive.
You may operate as Icy Virtual as long as you don’t use the official name (Iceland Air) anywhere on the website. Using their logos is also prohibited.
