I would like to ask some questions and report a pilot

The first time I asked you didn’t response. I asked for another time and you told me to taxi to parking.

Buddy you asked me twice the interval was only 1 minute!
I mean if I were you i would know that controller is doing something else on tower frequency so i can at least give him some time.
I’m sorry if that one minute bothered you :)
My apologies.
But I answered you, I didn’t ignore you at all

I understand you were busy at that time. I had same experience at EGLL on Training Server; People kept sending duplicate messages. It was urgent because if that aircraft doesn’t give way to me, it will crash into me. That’s why I sent duplicate messages. Sorry if that bother you. Maybe let’s focus on the aircraft cutting into me, please.

Probably would of been better If you just gave way if he wasn’t going to stop bro probably would of made this situation reversible 👊🏻 These things happen unfortunately but I’m sure it won’t happen again 😊 safe flying 😊

This guy clearly saw me (He stopped for a moment), but he crashed into me either way. I couldn’t pushback at that time.

I’ve had it in expert done to me when I’m recording but now I know the report button is useless for pilots I won’t bother pressing it anymore 👎🏻

so here is my opinion, you as a pilot have the responsibility to maintain separation with other aircraft (this also includes give way), especially for an aircraft coming to your right (this is also part of real life), as you saw it yourself the controler was very busy and it took only 1 minute to answer you back so at this point you should be responsible for your safety and the others at the airport.

Don’t aircraft exiting active runway have the right of way?

If I understand correct you were exiting a rwy, plane from right did not stop and ground did not respond?

You were on an active runway/exit?

Surely whoever leaves an active runway has the priority of the way, but I’m talking about facts, seeing the image we can clearly see that whoever is leaving the runway was closed, as the controller was busy probably did not see in time what happened, if not, he would give the instruction of (give way to the aircraft exiting Rwy xx), as the controler didn’t, the pilot should assume responsibility for the separation.

MaxSez: Imagine this; Your Cleared for taxiing to the active. Pilots Choice you want an intersection departure. You taxi to your intersection of choice. You hold short. Switch Freq to Tower and request take off. Told to hold short for an inbound. The inbound chooses to exit at your intersection and runs you down. Has the inbound Pilot lost situational awareness is he Blind or stupid? Big airport multiple exits. In my world the inbound was at fault. He should have been cited for Pilot Error and Ghosted. The outbound was an innocent victim. You nay sayers need to brush up, right of way doesn’t count. Safety of Flight dose.
That’s the story and I’m sticking with it!
G’day Max

We didn’t hear that part about the intersection your totally right I stand with you on that 👊🏻

American was taxiing past the intersection and Jazz was past the hold short line, 0 kts waiting for clearance. Should he push back on to active rwy? We have to agree to disagree here.

Anyway, I agree that situational awareness is key.

Imo it’s good airmanship to give way to aircraft exiting rwy.
