I want to be an ATC in Expert Server

Hey , i have a question. I’m 14 years old and i want to be an ATC later. Most of the time i’m an ATC in Infinite Flight but in training server , nobody listen… i really want to be an ATC is the Expert server.

What do i have to do?

👆 that. But I’d also recommend searching for the info and being proactive. People don’t expect to feed IFATC information, but expect you to go and find it yourself. Also being a font of knowledge as pilots will approach you for knowledge and guidance.
