I don’t have a guide of my own or one meant for Brazilian speakers, but there’s the Guide for both pilots ans ATC. If you just scroll down (in every topic or generally any part of this forum) you will see on the top right part of the screen the text “user guide”, press that and it will show you many useful guides like the ATC manual, the Pilot guide and more.
(By the way, if you’re playing on the expert server and ATC instructs you to “check the guide” because you did a mistake, they are referring to this guide)
