Cannot login to my account/ invalid credentials

Hey, I’ve absent from the game for a couple months and now decided to start playing again. I refreshed my subscription and tried to login into online section the only thing that app told was that my credentials are invalid and it cannot connect to the server, I don’t want to start new account as I afraid to lose money. If somebody can help me that would be great))

You just have to wait for an official reply (most likely by a moderator or staff) Try what your fellow regulars stated in the other topic and if it’s still the same, wait for a moderator/staff to solve your issue. No need for several topics regarding the same issue :)

I did the same thing earlier today and had the same message. I ended up logging back in through my google account and worked fine again. So when it shows your account click to log in under a different acct. That’s where I found the google log in.
