I subscribed pro version, but it shows Get pro version and in game and when I click on it, says you have already paid it

Just give your phone some time to recognize your purchase, and it should go away. When did you purchase the subscription, and are you able to access all the aircraft and servers?

the 1st time I purchased was in april, but I had to change my payment method due to some reasons, so I changed my payment method today, but I forgot to cancel the previous payment method, so I canceled it after I changed my Payment method to new one, all of this happened today.

Sounds like you just need to wait for the game to recognize that your subscription has gone through. The reason you’re seeing the error is because the game and your device know that you’ve already paid—it’s just that the ‘Get PRO’ banner will disappear shortly. If you restart your phone or fully close the app, it should go away. If it doesn’t, give it some time. As long as you’re able to access all the aircraft and servers, it’s not a big deal.

that’s the problem, I am unable to access different aircrafts. Now I will wait for sometime.

Yeah, reset your phone, and let give it some time. If the issue persists, come back here.

If you’ve recently purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Tap “GET PRO”
  2. Tap “I already have an account”
  3. Tap “Revert to default account” in the bottom right.

The steps listed above, should bring up the account which currently holds your purchased subscription.

If you’re still unable to access your subscription after completing the steps above please send the following information via e-mail to [email protected]

  • Which steps you’ve tried.
  • Username (if applicable).
  • Callsign.
  • Copy of the purchase receipt.

You can attach the email purchase receipt from your respective app store or simply copy and paste the receipt into the body of your response. Note: All receipts from the Google Play Store must display the order ID beginning with “GPA”.
