Is it only me who’d fly a lot better with a yoke or a joystick? I sometimes get rage because i move to much during landings and it ends up horrible. I make very bad landing sometimes.
The C17 eludes me.
😶
The dash 8 is the worst for me…
You kidding? The dash 8 is practically the 787 of props available to us.
It’s hard for me along with the with other planes like the citation.
The DH8D is a tricky one - but a big part of making successful take offs and landings in it is recognising the correct speeds and flaps for each. A lot of people try to land with full flaps which is quite tricky if you don’t know the correct speeds for each setting.
You should look into adjusting your control sensitivity
The Dash 8 is a beauty to fly with once you get the hang of it. Do you fly heavies often? If so, then try not to make big adjustments while flying small aircraft, just little by little so you don’t jolt or anything. That used to be my problem with the smaller planes but then I got the hang of it. :)
I think you can fly any plane fine if your device is calibrated perfectly (hardest part of IF for me) and also adjusting the trim, if it’s near MLW keep the trim around 3-5%. Also, the winds, if it’s more than 10kts, make sure you are using the rudder and rotate slowly as you might stall out if you don’t.
767 and A380. Absolute garbage landings.
Isn’t that all of yours? ;)
I have trouble with the 739, C172, and a few others.
Dude, I’ve seen you land quite a few times while controlling.
You have no permission to do bad jokes.
😳 You haven’t seen me land in a few months. You pressure me, anyway. 😜
@jdag2004 how well can you fly without a yoke/joystick? It takes alot of practice to get right.
I feel me and Bavaria need to go do some landings soon. I’m getting better at landings. My cruise is excellent, though.
When global is out, I’ll make some short trips to VQPR and VNLK with you.
I’m looking forward Harrison, I’m looking forward.
taken to PM
I’m bad with the CRJ200
The CRJ is hard, too.
