10 hours ago I was ghosted myself and the controller work it out but I am still grade 2 although I was told it would be reversed

Do you mean the controller understood that he was in the wrong and would have it reversed or he simply told you why he ghosted you?

Ok. As @Ondrejj has said, it will take some time. The moderators were probably not on during that time but should reverse it soon for you.

Also a restart of the App/device can do wonders and is worth trying, as sometimes the grade table does not reflect changes immediately in some cases.
