I received a Level 2 violation from ATC, which I believe I shouldn’t have.
When I was on the ground at RJTT, ATC approved my pushback. But as soon as I started the pushback, my aircraft was about to hit another aircraft, so I paused the pushback. Just then, another aircraft came from the front (which wasn’t on my path but was blocking it). ATC then told me to “give way to aircraft ahead.” I couldn’t understand where to give way. I could only go back (where I would hit the other aircraft) or return to the gate. Just then, ATC told me, “Please follow instructions, otherwise you will be reported,” so I started returning to the gate. Then ATC said, “Pushback approved.” When I started pushing back again, ATC reported me.
