Even though it looks like a giant ocean if you squint your eyes hard enough, that’s actually the Amazon rainforest. Also visible in this photo is the Amazon river (which is, fun fact, the world’s largest river by volume).

The Congo rainforests look the exact same, but even more like water. Such thickly dense trees. The reason it looks more like water is there is no disruptions like here, no white spots and stuff or anything.
