I just got some violations today involving SW2251. I was attempting communications with ATC the whole time with no response. I still got violations and would like them appealed. What do you expect us to do when they don’t respond? Sit there??

Hello! This looks like a case where you couldn’t see ATC’s communications at all, and maybe vise versa. As this is a bug, please contact @ appeals and give them the replay file via sharemyinfiniteflight.com.

This isn’t your fault and is caused by a communication bug. If you ever experience this again and you are in final but can’t communicate with tower, please go around to avoid a conflict. Also the appeals team will take care of this and if it is a communication issue, it will easily be appealed
However you did receive 3 violations, and all 3 may not be removed. It also differs if you were departing or arriving. If you were departing you cannot do anything on the ground without permission, no matter if there is an issue. It all depends on the situation and the appeals team will handle it.
