I need help with my subscription

I log into my account and it ask me to pick which subscription I want then I click on the “One Month” subscription, then it tells me I have a current subscription. So I click on “Ok” then it give me and error telling me that “ can’t connect to ITunes”. What can I do to fix this issue

If you purchased a new subscription or renewed an existing one but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign-in to your online account
  2. Tap on the top right corner to access your account page
  3. Select “Subscribe Now”
  4. Select “I already have a subscription”
