Is there an ATC cotroller that Is available for active frequence approach and center at Stockholm Arlanda for 1 hour in ex? Because there are only frequence tower and ground and an another frequence can be helpfull for pilots in approach. Thank you

No sorry I need atc at expert server
On the Expert Server IFATC controllers can open at their discretion. There is no thread currently request ATC services on the Expert server unfortunately.
Currently Stockholm has only 12 arrivals and they are widely spread out also. So I don’t think an Approach + Center controller is needed.
Approach or Center frequencies usually come when there is high traffic and it is difficult for the Local controllers to handle it.
But as I said above. Controllers may open any frequency at at their discretion. So you might be lucky to get it.
