I would advise you not handle this on the public wing of Infinite Flight support as you may need to verify payment information and other sensitive information.

I would imagine some on the team can see the status of Infinite Flight PRO subscriptions based on the forum account being linked to an in-app account.
You have not yet linked your accounts and can do so by following the steps linked below.
There’s an image that isn’t loading in your initial post. Could you re-send this? It may help further in #support if you don’t wish to contact staff privately.

This means the account you’re trying to log into has not been linked to the wider database and so cannot be used on multiple devices.
To fix this, connect your Infinite Flight account in-app to your Infinite Flight Community account. You can do this by following the steps linked below.
