So I was attempting to do a flight on the Expert server but the system showed me that I was Grade one, even though I’m grade 3. Could this be because of my violations?

Yes, it is because of your violation ratio per landings. Try to do more landings to perfect your ratio, so you will be able to get back to the Grade 3.
