I’m not sure if this post is going to fix anything but is there?

Hi I was flying from YSSY-YMML, and I went to the bathroom for a few minutes and I kept getting speed violations as I was climbing and realised I had gone down to grade 2, which had made me disconnect from the Expert server I was just on. Is there a way to rewind this problem, or does it just stay there for 24 hours?

Wish I had better news, but unfortunately violations are only removed if the cause was due to the simulator causing them.
