I’m new to the Expert Server, is ATC always like this?

I am brand new to the Expert Server (just got grade 3) and I know the World Tour is going on, but I am wondering if there is normally ATC at airports like JFK, LAX, or LHR. This is because I haven’t seen really anybody controlling those airports. Thanks for the help! 😊✈️

On Expert, IFATC members usually focus on
A. Featured airports (check the Atc schedule)
B. Airports that need ATC like events.

Hello, those airports usually do have ATC because they’re really popular in the game

First things first welcome to the ES! IFATC controllers are allowed to staff any airport in the world at any time. So they are allowed to control airports like JFK, LHR, SFO, LAX, etc and often do since they are popular destinations. Also, since you just got on the expert server, I would recommend staying away from the world tour since it’s gonna see a lot of pilots It’s just very chaotic for new pilots. If you’re looking to fly into airports that are ATC staff go ahead and take a look at the ATC schedule: ATC Schedule | February 2025 | World Tour 2

Safe flying!

Thank you!

Welcome to Expert Serve my friend

Remember to take your time and try to learn how to be professional on the server
It’s completely ok to start small and build up.
Even today’s supervisors, trainers and other big ranking members started small

Enjoy the process and grow

Hope i can either fly or control airspaces with you🫡🫡

Recommend that you make sure your device or connection can handle tjose airports. Inchon sk is one i would avoid like the plague today as it is a nut house.

Welcome to expert!
Controllers normally focus on bigger airports (from my experience)
