I have paid for the year. Wont let me log in

I bought a new iPad and restored it on my Mac, but when I go to play infinite flight it just says there’s already an account try logging in with another ID. I don’t know what or how to do this? Help needed please?

Do you have any other device that you play infinite flight on?

No. I always played it on the iPad.

I have updated the app on my new iPad. When I click “already have account” it shows this with no other options?!

Ah yes, you have logged into the exact same account I’m guessing. You can’t play infinite flight on two devices with the same account it won’t let you do this.

Either change and create a new account. :)

Try logging out and in again…this might solve the problem

Hi, how do you create a new account ? It just keeps saying I already have one and doesn’t give me any other options? And will that mean I have to pay another £40 ??
Do you know how to ask a question directly to the app developers? Maybe they can give me some answers if others are not sure?

Thanks, I’ve tried that. Still no good.

To create a new account you basically need to signup with a different/new email or whatever you use.

This will create the account. Once youve done this get it to restore purchases on that exactly the same payment option. Let me say this again.
