I have just been given a level 3 violation for my speed in my f-14. but I think that a f-14 doesn’t have a limit to how fast it can go.

I just want to finish the Infinite Flight World Tour 2 on expert server

I assume this is your friend’s post? Fighter jet speed around airports
As I said there, You should attempt to get it appealed as long as you weren’t doing anything reckless or trolling other pilots. Keep in mind the appeals process does take some time so you might not be back on the ES immediately.

Yes I am.
And I will

Also, for future reference, always maintain at or below 250 KIAS under 10,000 ft unless you Are approved for a higher speed. And even once you’re above 10,000 In real life fighter jets really only go 350 KIAS maximum, Unless they are intercepting.

I find it quite ironic that you’re making this post. Earlier at WSSS, you did not respect the fact that there was already an aircraft on final, yet you proceeded to announce taxi to the runway and took off head-on towards the landing aircraft.

Regardless of whether the F-14 has a speed limit, maintaining situational awareness and respecting traffic flow is essential in any airspace, especially on the Expert Server. Violations are issued to ensure realistic and professional flying, so it’s always good to reflect on overall flight conduct as well.

See this is the type of behavior that I was concerned about. If this is a trend of how they pilot the appeal will most likely get rejected. Professional behavior and respect for other pilots in the expert server is essential.

I did not see that someone was on final and when I did see l didn’t have enough runway to stop so i continued and avoided the plane

But thanks for letting me know

I could have just left the server

Hey man, I would also suggest removing IFATC as your virtual organization under your profile…

Yeah. If you where with IFATC, I am pretty sure you would have known this basic rule on expert server…

This is why they should implement the feature to leave the server before getting the violation , someone had made a topic about it but no one in the staff gave any attention to it , if that kind of feature gets implemented it would be a huge upgrade for the overall violation systems and things can be much simpler

I don’t agree with this idea. Allowing pilots to leave the server before receiving a violation would essentially defeat the purpose of the violation system and open the door for abuse.

Violations exist to ensure realism and accountability on the Expert Server. If pilots could simply disconnect to avoid consequences, it would encourage reckless behavior without any repercussions, ultimately lowering the overall standard of flying.

Please refer to this topic. Thanks.

You may also refer to this one.

For a summary, You must not exceed 350KIAS when below 10,000 under ATC control. Also please refrain from making public topics.

what i mean is , depending on how serious the violation actually is , the atc should have the option to either directly give the violation or give the player a 10 second warning to leave without an actual violation

Why? L2 violations are basically all common-sense violations like don’t taxi through someone or on grass, and don’t ignore ATC. If you’re getting enough of these for this to be a concern of yours then you should just pay attention more while flying.

For people who never had a level 2/3 violation but do something that can trigger the ifatc , which can cause a level 3 i feel like they should atleast have the option , consider the strict rules of the expert server i get that you are supposed to be professional but shouldnt people get a second chance to keep their record clean?

That’s what the training server is for, unfortunately, people don’t use the training server for what it’s meant for and that’s to train people with ATC and how to follow the rules of the expert server.
