I have enough xp to become grade 3 but still at grade 2!!

My xp is 50,000 Something, but I’m still at grade 2. Could it be because my violations vs landings is not on the right ratio? Or is it something else? Can some explain this to me please? I know I’m a trust level member and I should know that. But I’m just not that sure. So what is it in specific.

Check your grade table. All the requirements for the next grade should be green
