I have a big problem

Hello, this evening I wanted to fly from LFPG to RJTT with All Nippon Airways. But after not even 2min of play I quit the game because of a bug. And when I tried to restart I see that I’ve been demoted to grade 2 when I was grade 3 and that I’ve done absolutely NOTHING wrong. I didn’t pay +10€ every month for my game not to work and for me to be demoted for nothing. Please give me some explanations that had better be very valid. Thank you!
