I have one violation to much for grade 3. In the Expert server the ATC told me to follow instructions but then I did it too late. Now I got a violation.

Yeah I had that happen to me a few times, you could try asking for it to be removed by maybe providing a the clip of you actually doing what you were told to do, and it might retracted. I once had to go around but it was confused with me trying to take off without permission, so I appealed it and it was removed. So your best bet it to try and appeal if. you can show that you did what you were told to do.
