I enjoy intercepting people, mainly my friends, and if I know them!
Just being intercepted, in general is kinda cool, and can allow for some stunning screenshots like this one! I gues we can say that there are pros and cons to fighter jets!

In an app like Infinite Flight, 90% of interceptions are because the person in the jet wants me to look at him and give him attention. Thats all it really is, is just an attention grab.

I’m fairly new to IF…
Is it frowned upon to do this? I think I would enjoy it if a fighter jet came to escort, would make the flight much more interesting. I think I would enjoy escorting too!

Good question. In most cases, pilots, especially on the Expert Server will find it rather disruptive to have a fighter jet tailing them for no reason at all. However, if you have communicated with the pilot beforehand and they’re welcome to the idea, it’s definitely allowed.
I also would recommend extreme caution when escorting others in the Expert Server in congested/controlled airspace.
