Hey there! If you’re talking about falling through the ground, this is a known issue that typically occurs if you don’t have a good WiFi connection. Since it’s a glitch, feel free to contact @appeals with the video proof and I’m sure they’d be happy to remove it.

Falling through the ground is irritating. Trust me 😉

Settings > General > Scroll to bottom and clear scenery cache

Then contact @appeals and they’ll hopefully resolve your issue
