I used to have barely any violations but I’m now at 95 when I renewed global and now I can’t use the training sever what do I do

Land more on the Casual server without receiving any violations. When your landings in the last 365 days are not less than your violations the last 365 days, that condition is satisfied. Just like it says on the error message you receive.
