I got 6 violations after only getting one overspeed violation

I was decending into RJTT airport but forgot to set speed to 250knots. I got a warning, but couldnt slow down in time and I got a violation. But only about 10 seconds after that, I got ghosted. I still hadn’t slowed down fast enough. Yet, when I finished the flight, I got 6 violations and no ghostings. This brought me grade 1

There’s nothing to fix. This can happen if you don’t slow down fast enough.

Next time, cut the throttle and pitch up right away :)
