I got 4 violations ad now I am grade 2. How long until I am back on the ES? Also I don’t believe 2 of them were fair. I was only notified about 2 in game.

You should be back to grade 3 in 7 days if you aren’t caught up with any others.
Aa for the ‘unfair’ violations, they will only be reviewed for removal if it was a system error, rather than pilot error. 😊

I believe it was a system error, I was only told I got 2 violations and straight after the second one was below 260knts
You will be able to find when these violations were issued at the exact time in your replay.
I believe it’s 2 violations in 24 hours, and 3 violations in 7 days for grade 3.

Your best bet would be to send your Replay to a Moderator so they can review it and from there decide if it was pilot or system error.
