I down graded from 2 to 1 cuz of a vialtion

What can i do to fix this

You may contact @appeals, if you believe the violations you received were a result of a system error, in case of Level 1 violations; or that the controller has made a mistake, in the case of Level 2 or 3 violations. Have the replay of your flight ready, though, as we will need it in order to look into the situation.
