It’s based off of real life. You are not supposed to go over 250 kts under 10,000 feet. It’s all a matter of Realism.™️ So, to avoid these violations, avoid going faster than 250 kts under 10,000 feet. Have a nice day and welcome to the forum!

Same as what Cpt Alpha said but here is a reminder. If you like going over 250 below 10 thousand feet there’s no reason why you can’t… on casual server of coarse. I assume this is either on the Expert of training server but remember you can always do what ever you want on the casual server without any violations.

Also welcome to the forum.

I doubt ATC told you to speed.

but i saw some pilot went over then 250 knots?

groundspeed.

You do the same.

The restriction is based on airspeed, so just seeing that another aircraft is over 250 Groundspeed doesn’t change one of the most omnipresent and well-known violations.
