I saw this guy with alt controlling 2 ground and tower is this allowed ?

I am pretty sure you are not allowed to control 2 atcs at once
It is definitely allowed, on both Training Server and Expert!

You can’t control radar and local simultaneously. Either one or the other. I see here that you’ve selected both ground and departure. Those are two different facilities.
