Hi, so recently i bought a 1 month subscription and it says that i dont have a subscription when the funds is off my account.
Follow this before the community bombards you with recommendations.

If after restarting your device and the application, and trying the “I already have a subscription” option this is still a problem, please send a private message to @Tyler_Shelton or @Mark_Denton with your callsign, account details, and proof of purchase as you have already shown above.
