I dont have a subscription?

Hi, so recently i bought a 1 month subscription and it says that i dont have a subscription when the funds is off my account.Screenshot_20170910-072210

If after restarting your device and the application, and trying the “I already have a subscription” option this is still a problem, please send a private message to @Tyler_Shelton or @Mark_Denton with your callsign, account details, and proof of purchase as you have already shown above.
