Hello IFC,
Today I bring a rare inside look of what it looks like when an airplane goes on for an annual inspection! All GA airplanes have to have an annual inspection once a year! Myself and my mentor/ A&P friend are doing the annual together on this Beechcraft Baron that’s owned by a friend of mine! Below are some photos of what goes on.
Brake tags got nothing on this
Wow, that’s cool! Just ripping apart an entire plane and putting it precisely back together.
Pretty much. Doing a few checks as well
Ooh, la, la, those are some sweet photos!
Such cool insights! I don’t know that much about tech, but this is really interesting! Thanks for sharing!
I would love to take apart that plane😍 I love learning how things work
your welcome. thought it be cool to share
as do i. one of the reasons why im helping
No one wants to work today lol 😂
That sounds like what I’m doing to three different bikes as we speak (excluding the fact that there are many, many more parts on a plane).
@N1DG the Barron 58 (or 52 I forgot) looks like a pretty cool plane to be around let alone do maintenance on.
There’s 2 model barons this one is a 58 model there is also a 55 model as well!
This was just the beginning of it.
Now the real question is who wants to get in the plane first after @N1DG puts it back together… 🤔😂
Haha not me. Not my work. I’m just the helper. This was all done by someone certified.
I mean, if anyone needs a test pilot, I have my crash helmet ready, though I don’t think it will help😂
Lol I think we’re good
That’s breaking news 😂
But in all seriousness nice photos
