I Did Something

Disclaimer: I am not a good spotter

Disclaimer: I have desecrated a Nikon camera very kindly lent to me by @PlaneLife2018.

Before I begin showing my photos, allow me to start my three-part apology to all spotters, camera owners, airport operators, ground staff and everyone involved with the airline industry. I would like to sincerely apologise for absolutely destroying these shots, though at least, they look somewhat good to me.

I’ll get to the rest of the apology later.

And my later, I mean never.

Morning arrival in the morning sun.

Spotting after rain is something everyone should try at least once.

Bamboo Airways decided to show up with one of their B787-9 for some reason.

You can never go wrong with the Etihad Choose China livery.

Retro departure before she had a tailstrike by some idiot pilot.

Post rain shot for a Saudia B787-9 that would otherwise have been heat-hazed to hell.

Malayan Tiger on a Malaysian Beast

Hi Fly flew their A340-300 for some reason. Onwards to Hanoi.

Lurking in the shadows.

6 resting monsters never to fly anymore and one hell of a weather cell.

Anyways, that concludes my session in December of 2021 which for some reason I didn’t realise I didn’t post. Anyways, time to go hiding for another decade before I make my next post.

Time to run before I go missing and no spotter, airport employees, Nikon owners or anyone else for that matter claims responsibility.

What? The fact that winglets are visible? I like to think that I can actually show the whole plane in my pictures.

Winglet (or wing) cutting is great for making the fuselage/engines look bigger and accenting details and can work in some (not all) situations. Unfortunately a study has found that those who vehemently refuse to do so maintain their stance because if they tried their cropped photo could be taken into an oven at 360 degrees for 20 minutes and it would turn into bread.

How to cope? Remove the raiders livery and then we can talk. :)
