I’m having a problem: the airport wasn’t showing up and it was taking way too long to load. I cleared the cache, but the issue persisted; I cleared the cache from the device itself, but that didn’t work either. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now it won’t even let me log in.

I do know that there was an issue with the server like several hours ago but, If you are still having trouble logging in to your account, the best option IMO is to contact support.
