Make sure your credentials are correct. Try restarting the app, iPad and maybe, if all else fails, delete the app and download it again.

Make sure you’re signing in with the correct account and check for Caps Lock errors in password.
Delete and re-install Infinite Flight. If that doesn’t do it, restart your device.
If that doesn’t do it, try contacting @Tyler_Shelton or @schyllberg !

Try, completely signing out of IF, deleting Facebook, restart device, reinstall Facebook and try logging in to your account after, it worked for me.

Guys, stop, stop, stop telling him to delete and reinstall a bunch of stuff. Albert Einsteins definition of insanity is literally to try the same thing over and over again and expect a different outcome. Just let a mod respond because in this case the community is clearly not helping.

Well doing that is usually the fix to most problems, I guess not in this case. It’s for the best for a mod to respond.

But if everyone can play live, but he cant get, to login, some people have been in that situation, and they just sad what helped to them.
They are just trying what they can, if not, its not helping, then tis isnt the right place, then you need to ask help from developers or someone from the Infinite flight team who is working in it, to help you. Thats it.

When I first bought Infinite Flight I had a similiar problem to this. I factory reset my device and it worked like a charm.
Could you please provide some details about your device?
