When trying to play online I get a message saying that the online mode is not available, and yes, I have the subscription

Try changing language, and then changing It back. that has always worked for me, and if it doesn’t, try disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi.

For us to be able to help you, please let us know which device (brand and model) you are using and which OS version it is running.
Also please make sure you are using the latest version of IF, which is 24.3.5.
