I am trying to purchase pro but when I try it said error, and I press purchase and my app crashes. I have re installed the game still doesn’t work.

Ok, good!

On your iOS device;
Go to Settings -> Screen time -> Content & Privacy restrictions -> iTunes & App Store.

You most likely have some restrictions turned on for in-app purchases and/or subscriptions.
