I can’t download any aircraft or region, I have shutdown my phone, reeinstalling Infinite Flight and I Forced Stop and Erase Data of the game in Settings but no success😢😢help me please. My device is a Samsung Galaxy Gran Prime II Android 5.0.1

This is a common error that both GooglePlay and iTunes might happen. Usually its a simple fix by making sure the device internal memory storage has at least 1GB unused space, close or force close all background apps and the power has been restarted. If that doesn’t work, then there may be a problem with the store account settings.
If its an account issue, then the account owner will need to contact their store for help.
Also make sure to use wifi for all downloads, if not already.
Final causes would be if the device is Jailbroken or rooted. Only reversing those modifications will resolve things.
