I can't access my IOS account

I logged into the simulator with my community account, but in the simulator it appears as grid 1 and all XP information, landings, flight hours all reset.

I subscribed to PRO two days ago and I don’t know what to do to go back, because my community account is only this one and is linked to the simulator.
