I canceled my subscription to pro but infinite flight still took my money what do I do?

You will need to cancel your subscription via settings. Go to your Itunes settings if you are using IOS.

Hello!

If you have cancelled your subscription according to the instructions given here:

Google PlayStore:
View, change, or cancel Google PlayStore subscription

iOS App Store:
View, change, or cancel your App Store subscription

… and it still renewed anyway, the next step would be to contact PlayStore or App Store and ask them. All in-app purchases such as subscriptions are handled by them.

Before going any further, how did you cancel your subscription the first time?

I followed supports link to the App Store setting like you just sent me, then I clicked cancel subscription and it said are you sure and I put yes and no other subscription showed up next but my other game but not infinite flight

If you look at the same page now, can you still see the subscription there?

It says pro subscription 1 month but at the bottom it says select an option to resubscribe but nothing else?

Could it be that you cancelled the subscription just a day or two after it was renewed? It’s not unusual that it takes some time for Apple to actually withdraw any money…

The renew was today but I canceled the subscription yesterday night

Do you mean you got the receipt today, or did it say it was going to renew your subscription today unless you unsubscribed?

It was going to renew today if I didn’t unsubscribe

What do I do next I need help should I ask the community?

Wait the rest of they day, and then check tomorrow if you still have a subscription. Another way to check is to follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll down and click on iTunes and App Store
  3. Click on your Apple ID
  4. Click on “View Apple ID”
  5. Scroll down and click on “Subscriptions”
  6. Look for Infinite Flight

Ok I checked back today and the subscription was canceled I just had to wait an extra day and I look in my App Store profile and I have money still so I don’t know why my profile said $0 but now it doesn’t thx for the help support i love how all of you always answer👍👍
