Could you go ahead and reset network settings and then try again? To do this, Go to settings Go to General Scroll to bottom and hit reset Find network settings and click “Reset Network Settings”

I had that happen this morning, with the new opening logo; that is, airplanes lined up on the runway instead of the one you have displayed.
I re-installed and it worked, but the interesting thing is I started up an old android phone with IF and your opening logo and had no problem loading.
Currently using Nvidia K1.

Try resetting your network settings.
-From the home screen, tap Settings.
-Scroll down to, then tap General.
-Scroll down to, then tap Reset.
-Tap Reset Network Settings.
-Tap Reset Network Settings to confirm.

Try changing the DNS on your phone’s wifi to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (google’s dns)
