I bought 1 month subsciption but I can't access online

I buy subscribe 1 month but why i can’t get in to online it say this account has no active
and my money already gone. PLS help

Try clicking the redeem purchases button, it probably reads “I already have a subscription”.

If you purchased a new subscription, renewed an existing one or have been signed out for some reason but cannot access your online account please try the following steps:

  1. Sign-in to your online account
  2. Tap on the top right corner to access your account page
  3. Select “Subscribe Now”
  4. Select “I already have a subscription”
