Ello everyone!
It’s been just over a month since I started radar training. It’s definitely been a challenge — I haven’t been able to make as much progress as I’d hoped, and sometimes when I do improve, I end up slipping back a bit. With a few sessions cancelled along the way, I haven’t had the consistency I probably need, and I’m worried about forgetting things. That said, I’m still committed and really want to keep practicing however I can to give myself the best shot when my fantastic trainer @WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot feels I’m ready for the radar practical.
How this is going to work
Before I open an airport I’ll make a post in this thread with some details like, runways in use, approaches and additional details.
If you are on the ping list, you will be notified when this happens. Feel free to ask if you would like to be put on! Also let me know if you’d also like me to ping you on Discord!
I’m also taking suggestions on where I should open so feel free to put them in a message below!
