I believe it does that when your device hasn’t loaded the plane or it is out of range. Cmiiw
Here’s one. Someone bombing it into the runway at Lisbon (Correction: Zurich) and somehow sticking the landing.
Yes, they made it down and barely slowed down in time to make the last exit of the runway.
