How to use the free camera properly?

Hello IFC.

As we all know the best way to catch a 10 / 10 shot on replay is to use free camera. I dont know how to move it around properly, I dont know how to use it at all.

I have checked the form and no where is there a proper tutorial for it. People say practice makes perfect. I dont know where to start with the practice.

If you nice community members could help me out, that would be great.

I’m going to be honest, I had the same problem when I first stated off. But look at the pictures I take now! All thanks to the “free” camera.

Step 1 - Get your angle set up. Choose the angle you want, by moving around and turning directions. (refer to @anon41771314’s post)

Step 2 - Try and see if you can improve the angle and make it realistic by zooming in or zooming out.

Step 3 - Try making minor adjustments to the angle you’re at. This will make the shot a great one.

All that is needed next, is to maybe edit your shot for it to look fabulous!

What I do is zoom in with a lot of effort and pain to get the right area of zoom, and move around to fit the aircraft to another one nearby, or an object.

A problem for me if my phone gets SO HOT it hurts my fingers badly when moving a cam or on ATC.

Let your phone rest for a bit before doing it, and how does it get that hot? What phone do you have?
