How to use NDB in IF？

Today I visited Skiathos Airport（LGSK）, which is famous for its ultra-low slope. It is interesting that this airport does not use the ILS and RNP approach commonly used by most airports, nor does it use VOR approach. Instead, it adopts a traditional and rare NDB approach.
Does anyone know what NBD approach is and how to operate it in IF?
