How to use ATIS function?

How can I use the ATIS function? My xp is 10,248

A) At that XP level, you cannot yet use the advanced server yet, unless you are advanced ATC.
B) ATIS has been disabled for a while for all users, until the devs come up with a better solution for it.

I belive he can now with the new grade system the entry requirement has been reduced to 10,000 XP (along with other requirements)

Nobody can use atis. Not even advanced atc’ at the moment

Btw, like Matthew said, it is disabled for EVERYONE right now until the devs come up with a better solution.
