How to unsubscribe from the IFC (emails from the IFC)

I’m looking to disable the emails I keep on getting from the IFC.

Does anyone know how to do that on Gmail?
The problem is if I click unsubscribe it’ll make me unsubscribe from getting emails from the person who I have gotten the notification from.
If you don’t know what I mean, have a look at the picture below.

Try going into your profile, hit preferences and under emails theirs a couple settings, maybe one of them works :)

Go into settings > emails and configure them as you wish :)

If this doesn’t work, you can probably block them on your email provider. You won’t see any emails sent by the IFC.
